Bell Park Picnic Area
Beautiful Bell Park is a heritage-listed park at Hill Street, Emu Park. It was built from 1910s to 1940s. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 29 April 2003.
Structures within Bell Park include a timber tower thought to be a judges box/starters box, near this structure is a large, open grassed area said to be a runners track; two timber rotundas. A timber stall is located to the north of the timber tower.
Other facilities available including toilets, play equipment, footbridges and concrete pathways for pedestrian access. A brick stage with a concreted area is also located in the park

Kerr Park Picnic Area:
Description: Beautiful picnic area overlooking the Emu Park Surf Beach. Ideal for family fun days.
Location: Intersection of Granville and Marine Parade Emu Park. (Opposite the Pine Beach Hotel) Located on the foreshore of the surf beach and the EP Surf Life Saving Club.
BBQs: Yes. Free electric BBQs
Playground: Right next to the awesome new Kerr Park Playground (see next entry) Note: Kerr Park Picnic Area has playground items there for the little ones.
Amenities: Yes. Award winning Public amenities are right next to the EP Surf Life Saving Club.
Kerr Park Playground (new):
Description: Kerr Park playground (opened on the 15th February 2020) as part of the Emu Park Village and Foreshore Revitalisation Project. The contemporary signature playground, complete with an attractive and unique shade structure and featuring a range of play equipment including an Alpha tower, double Flying Fox, all-abilities swing, a Galleon ship and other imaginative rides, was built to create an inviting space for the whole community
Location: Granville Street, Emu Park, (next to the Anzac Memorial)

Playground: See Description above…. It is fantastic.
Amenities: Yes. Award winning Public amenities are right next to the Park.
Peace Park – Ladies Beach near Jetty:
Description: Beautiful park area looking out over Ladies Beach and overlooking the Islands of Keppel Bay including Great Keppel Island. Right next to the Jetty and underneath the famous Singing Ship Monument.
Location: Eastern end of Hill Street Emu Park and the southern end of Fishermans Beach. The area is listed to be included in the next stage of the Emu Park Foreshore Development Program, which will incorporate the Anzac Memorial Walk
BBQs: No. Has a few picnic tables and viewing seats just to take in the magnificent vista.
Playground: No. Skate Park and Bell Park are just across Hill Street.
Amenities: Very close nearby this side of the Emu Park Skate Board area.
Lions Park BBQ Picnic Area
Description: Beautifully kept and well shaded Family Picnic area. A short walk over the dunes to Fishermans Beach.
Location: Just to the north of the Caravan Park and right next to the Club Emu (EP Bowls Club).
BBQs: Yes. Free electric BBQs and Sheltered Picnic Tables
Playground: Yes Playground items for the kids.
Amenities: Yes.
Emu Park Lagoon (near Bicentennial Oval)
Description: Secluded Picnic spot overlooking the EP Lagoon. Great for watching the local bird life.
Location: At the intersection of Pattison Street and the Oval Road. Right opposite the Caravan Park Entrance.
BBQs: Yes. Require firewood. Has Sheltered Picnic Tables
Playground: No. The kids can easily access Bicentennial Oval to run around and kick a ball or ten.
Amenities: No. Nearest amenities are in Lions Park. (See above entry)
Emu Park Skate Park
Description: Fantastic Skate Park area for all the kids. Is Shaded.
Location: Eastern end of Hill Street, near the Emu Park Jetty. Approximately 100m east of Bell Park Gates.
BBQs: No, but many close by in Bell Park. You can view the Skate Park from the nearby picnic tables.
Playground: Skateboarders paradise.

Nestors Patch Coorooman Creek Boatramp
Description: Lovely picnic area named in honour of Nestor Svendsen who kindly donated the area for the use of the public, especially the local fishing fraternity as a place to launch their boats into the Coorooman Creek. Since then a top class duel lane boatramp has evolved into reality.
Location: Next to the Coorooman Creek Boat Ramp and Parking area.
BBQs: No – but has well shaded picnic tables where you can enjoy the magnificent views.
Playground: No
Amenities: Yes. Located on other side of parking area. End of Svendsens Road.
Hock Park Zilzie
Description: Small Park area overlooking the foreshore area of Zilzie Beach.
Location: The Esplanade near Kennedy St, Zilzie
BBQs: No.
Playground: No.
Amenities: No but amenities can be found a short walk along The Esplanade.
